癸丑（公元１６１３年）之三月晦 自寧海出西門。雲散日朗，人意山光，俱有喜態。三十里，至梁隍山。聞此於菟夾道，月傷數十人，遂止宿。
四月初一日 早雨。行十五里，路有岐，馬首西向台山，天色漸霽。又十里，抵松門嶺，山峻路滑，舍騎步行。自奉化來，雖越嶺數重，皆循山麓；至此迂迴臨陟，俱在山脊。而雨後新霽，泉聲山色，往復創變，翠叢中山鵑映發，令人攀歷忘苦。又十五里，飯於筋竹庵。山頂隨處種麥。從筋竹嶺南行，則向國清大路。適有國清僧雲峰同飯，言此抵石樑，山險路長，行李不便，不若以輕裝往，而重擔向國清相待。余然之，令擔夫隨雲峰往國清，余與蓮舟上人就石樑道。行五里，過筋竹嶺。嶺旁多短松，老乾屈曲，根葉蒼秀，俱吾閶門盆中物也。又三十餘里，抵彌陀庵。上下高嶺，深山荒寂，泉轟風動，路絕旅人。庵在萬山坳中，路荒且長，適當其半，可飯可宿。
初二日 飯後，雨始止。遂越潦攀嶺，溪石漸幽，二十里，暮抵天封寺。臥念晨上峰頂，以朗霽為緣，蓋連日晚霽，並無曉晴。及五更夢中，聞明星滿天，喜不成寐。
