You don't know the mystery until almost the end of the book, good reader Elisabeth Klet.

A great book matched only by a fantastic reader. This book kept me intrigued on the long drive to and from work for a few days. Love LeFanu's ability to give subtle hints in his plot that leaves you recounting the minute details of the story, retrospectively.
