Subject: Ziska
A drawn out story, appropriate to the era when people had more time to lounge around a wait for a story to develop. I skipped five chapters, picked up the thread and still enjoyed the end. Well narrated throughout.

Subject: Egypt with a British perspective.
A tale of the idle rich British in Egypt with a mysterious woman and a bit of the supernatural. "Anyone for tennis?" Kept me interested to the end.
