Reviewer: Debbie - November 16, 2017 Subject: Excellent reading Loved the reader. She has great tone and keeps ones interest, but I did enjoy previous books in this series which included different character voices. |
Reviewer: Skyler - August 17, 2017 Subject: Amazing I really love listening to this book. As a kid I don't like spending my time reading books and this really helps me stay away from spending my time watching things on my phone. When I listen I usually color or draw. And I love Anne of green gables. |
Reviewer: Cherry - March 15, 2017 Subject: Well read The reader is excellent. However, I love the other books how the narration is broken up into characters. With it being all one voice, it's harder for me to always know who's speaking. It's harder to multi-task this way. But, like I said, she is an excellent reader and the book was very enjoyable to listen to. |
Reviewer: Julia - March 2, 2017 Subject: Wonderful! I ejoyed this one as much as the others, I did have to adjust myself after hearing all the voices read by different narrators. But it only took a chapter or two. Thoroughly lovely book! |
Reviewer: Terri - July 8, 2016 Subject: Great! Well done! Super narration, everything done just right. |

Reviewer: User - August 14, 2015 Subject: Good book! It was a good book, but it was a little bit hard to adjust to the new voice. I had only before heard Anne as the other narrator, so it was hard to adjust. The story was excellent. I like to listen to it while I clean or work |

Reviewer: User - July 11, 2014 Subject: Beautiful book. What a lovely book! The reader was excellent! A very enjoyable pass time. I must say I agree with the other review stating the criticism isn't warranted. This is the 2nd time I am listening and am as much enthralled as the first time. Very well done. |

Reviewer: Bethany - March 29, 2014 Subject: Very enjoyable!!! Excellent narration! Enjoyed this story so much. Very impressed with the reader as well. Thank you for sharing! |
Reviewer: Lucy - December 21, 2013 Subject: Fair change of pace The first three books were read by a different narrator who did indeed suit Anne very very nicely, but I found this one to be a perfectly suitable replacement for an older, more collected but still very warm and sweet Anne. I don't think all the criticism is warranted. |
Reviewer: Janice - November 12, 2013 Subject: Kept tuning out! I enjoyed the first three books. I must say this is almost boring and I find myself listening and not really hearing. I have had to restart chapter 7 three times. I can't stand it anymore, time to find a different book. |
Reviewer: Peanut - August 15, 2013 Subject: Awful voice The first Thee of the Anne of Green Gables is read by a lovely voice that suits Anne perfectly. This on Anne's House of dreams is just terrible! |
Reviewer: Flumpdoria - March 22, 2013 Subject: Beautifully read! I quite enjoyed this narration! You emphasize it almost exactly as I read it, which is very rare on this site. Your pace was quick enough to carry me along, but not so fast that I dropped behind you. It was close to reading the book myself, and I appreciate that very, very much. Thank you for this interpretation of one of my favorite books from one of my favorite authors! |
Reviewer: shen fran - March 7, 2013 Subject: very good I wish this was also dramatized like the first ones, but I still enjoyed this very much. The reader is very good. Thank you |
Reviewer: Peggy - March 5, 2013 Subject: Great Narration Lovely. |
