Rustlers, Beware!

Book cover
By: (1873-1935)

"Rustlers, Beware!" by Arthur Chapman is a thrilling Western novel that kept me on the edge of my seat from beginning to end. The story follows a group of courageous ranchers who band together to protect their land from ruthless rustlers. Chapman does a fantastic job of creating vivid and believable characters, each with their own distinct personalities and motivations.

The action sequences are intense and well-written, drawing the reader into the heart-pounding conflicts between the ranchers and the rustlers. The author's attention to detail in describing the setting and atmosphere of the Old West adds to the immersive experience of reading this book.

Overall, "Rustlers, Beware!" is a gripping tale of bravery, justice, and camaraderie in the face of danger. I would highly recommend this book to fans of Western fiction and anyone looking for an exciting, fast-paced read.

Book Description:
Cattle rustling had gotten out of control in northern Wyoming, so Asa Swingley is tasked with assembling a host of men to tend to the matter using whatever means necessary. He selects Milt Bertram to be one of his lead assistants, but Bertram becomes sidelined during the trip from Texas, which causes him to grow suspicious of the true nature of this expedition. What ensues leads Bertram to better understand his possible conflict of interest and what he must do to set matters straight. - Summary by Roger Melin
