　　 狼軍師 　　有錢某者，赴市歸晚，行山麓間。突出狼數十，環而欲噬。迫甚，見道旁有積薪高丈許，急攀躋執㭾，爬上避之。狼莫能登，內有數狼馳去。少焉，簇擁一獸來，儼輿卒之舁官人者，坐之當中。眾狼側耳於其口傍，若密語俯聽狀。少頃，各躍起，將薪自下抽取，枝條幾散潰矣。錢大駭呼救。 　　 良久，適有樵伙聞聲共喊而至，狼驚散去，而舁來之獸獨存，錢乃與各樵者諦視之。類狼非狼，圓睛短頸，長喙怒牙，後足長而軟，不能起立，聲若猿啼。錢曰：「噫！吾與汝素無仇，乃為狼軍師謀主，欲傷我耶！」獸叩頭哀嘶，若悔恨狀。乃共挾至前村酒肆中，烹而食之。 　　 几上弓鞋 　　余同年儲梅夫宗丞得子晚，鍾愛備至。性頗端重，每見余，執子姪禮甚恭，恂恂如也。家貧，就館京師某都統家，賓主相得。一日早起，見几上置女子繡鞋一隻，大怒，罵家人曰：「我在此做先生，而汝輩几上置此物，使主人見之，謂我為何如人？速即擲去！」家人視几上並無此鞋，而儲猶痛詈不已。都統聞聲而入，儲即逃至牀下，以手掩面曰：「羞死，羞死！我見不得大人了！」都統方為辨白，而儲已將牀下一棒自罵自擊，腦漿迸裂。都統以為瘋狂，急呼醫來，則已氣絕。 　　 白龍潭 　　彌勒縣舊城集漢夷雜處，環山而居。山麓有白龍潭，寬可數畝，有良田千頃，築土壩以蓄水。俯臨大河，水溢，則啟閘以泄。雨時二龍相鬥，狀如小蛇，或見巨木一段，蒙青苔而豎游，每每衝決壩岸。一日，眾農栽秧，值細雨中，飛魚大小成對，如擺隊伍，有絳衣女子持扇揮之，偕至潭中，隨即不見。相傳龍女歸寧云。 　　 ...
