PRIMA GIORNATA

Il giorno 8 ottobre 1910 la grande aula della 3.a Sezione del Tribunale di Milano era gremita di una enorme folla, accorsavi pel processo di oltraggio al pudore intentato al poeta Marinetti pel suo romanzo Mafarka il futurista .

Erano presenti numerosissimi futuristi, venuti da ogni parte d'Italia, schiera di giovani gagliardi e risoluti, che affrontavano come sempre la battaglia con la loro spavalderia divenuta leggendaria. Notammo i pittori Boccioni, Russolo, Carrà, e i poeti Paolo Buzzi, Cavacchioli, Palazzeschi, Armando Mazza, ecc. Spiccavano inoltre, nel pubblico, moltissime signore della società elegante milanese e tutti i rappresentanti della critica italiana.

Difensori di Marinetti erano l'on. Barzilai, l'avv. Sarfatti, Innocenzo Cappa e l'avv. Brusorio.

All'inizio dell'udienza, il Pubblico Ministero domandò subito che il processo si svolgesse a porte chiuse, dovendosi dar lettura dei brani incriminati... Continue reading book >>
