Reviewer: sherlock lover - May 19, 2021 Subject: should be listened to before posted I haven't finished this yet but disappointed with the 3rd story I cant understand what the woman is saying it's hard to get into a british story when the story isnt read in English should have been listened to by the owner of the site before added to the book this is ridiculous it even cuts out so miss some of the story such a shame |

I can only hope that particular person ceased all audio book readings forevermore. That's the only story which I chose to read instead of listen. |

The reader for #11 - he needs to just read in his normal voice. - His reading is chopping and distracting and slow. Also the constant mouse clicking is nerve racking. #11 needs to be re-recorded |

His reading ability was just not up to par for audiobooks. Not only was he very choppy with his reading and MANY mispronounced words but the voices he tried to make for the characters reminded me of a child at a tea party full of stuffed bears. |

Reviewer: Vince R - July 11, 2014 Subject: The final problem I Just tried to get through number 11 again, haha. Last time it was very frustrating because most of the readers are exceptional. This time, it was actually kind of funny. The amount of words that he mispronounces, his inability to read with any flow and the fact that his impersonation of Sherlock Holmes sounds more like a drunken Davy Jones from the Monkeys make this almost a joke. The only saving grace is that it's free. |

The reader of "The Final Problem" is horrible! The hesitation in his reading is so pronounced the listener loses track of the story. You find yourself being able to visualize his finger dragging from word to word across the page. His concentration appears to be so taxed by trying out bad accents that he has no ability left to read as though a conversation is taking place. The only one I had to turn off as it was ruining the story for me. |
